Are these genuine products with warranty?
Yes. Everything we sell is sourced through authorised Indian distribution and carries full manufacturer warranty. We handle the RMA for you if something fails.
Do you assemble parts I buy elsewhere?
We do. Assembly, cable management and testing is ₹3,500 for a full system if at least half the parts come from us.
How is a custom build shipped?
Double-boxed with foam, GPU support bracket fitted, and the cooler removed and packed separately on heavy tower coolers. Fully insured and tracked.
What does the 3-year build warranty cover?
Labour and diagnosis for the life of the build, plus coordination of any component RMA. Individual parts carry their own manufacturer terms.
